Color choices for the modern Quilter

Finally, finally, finally – the sun is back, bright and yellow, so I felt tempted to create a yellow color scheme. And what could be more fresh on a warm sunny day than a cool ice cube or a pool filled with fresh water? So my companion color is turquoise.

Endlich, endlich, endlich ist die Sonne wieder da – hell und von strahlendem gelb. Das brachte mich in Stimmung diese Woche einen gelben Farbton für das Farbschema zu wählen. Und was könnte an einem heißen Sommertag erfrischender sein als ein kühler Eiswürfel oder ein Sprung ins frische Wasser eines Swimmingpools? Also habe ich als Begleiter für gelb ein Türkis gewählt.

Das Stilleben mit der Blüte, der Vase und der Feder war für mich die perfekte Inspiration um mein Farbschema für diese Woche zu finden.
