how Quilt Market was in Houston. It was fantastic, it was busy, it was inspiring and it was for sure really successful for us.

Just some pictures to let you walk the floors with me…

This was Wednesday, 24th of October, noon – halls open, everybody is busy to make the exhibition beautiful (Martin starts to set up our wall)

Thursday evening, we are done! Yeah! The tables in front of the Zen Chic wall are the Moda international meeting point for all customers around the globe: Japan, Europe, Canada, Australia…

Donnerstag abend – wir sind endlich fertig. Juhu! Die Tische um die Zen Chic Fläche sind der Meeting Point für die internationalen Einkäufer von Moda: Japan, Europa, Kanada, Australien…

Martin looks like he is tempted to set up another booth right away, but I can’t hide how much the jet lag exhausted me.

Now open the doors and let’s have a fun show!

You will learn about my newest patters and fabric line in a later post, for today I’ll walk with you the floors.

First of all: the famous Amy Butler, as always with a spectacular booth, which got a well deserved award.

Then  of course to another celebrity of the quilting world : Denyse Schmidt. Very simple, modern, stylish

How wonderful every person made her/his personal booth! I’m always astonished how much organization, planning and effort the designers have accomplished, to get their items shipped to the booth by plane or trucks and manage the miracle to make the ugly Wednesday to a dream at Thursday!

I've been looking forward to hearing about your time at Quilt Market this year, Brigitte. Your booth looked fantastic and I heard that you have a new fabric line along with some new patterns...oh, I can't wait to see more!

Delighted that you had such a successful experience and so happy that the word is spreading about your talent. You are so creative and inspiring!

Hope you've recovered from the jetlag and have rested up from the experience. Can't wait to hear more about what you have in store for us....

I'm so glad you had such a great Market. I picked up a fat eighth pack of Comma at Sample Spree - I totally love it!

Liebe Brigitte,
GlG, Martina
