Color choices for the modern quilter

My this week color choice is inspired from a light and yet fiery picture:

 
I found the pale yellow of the flutterby in wonderful contrast to vivid shades of pink, red, orange and bright yellow and in addition a so light white  - isn’t that picture just yummie? One should create something out of it! Ok, let’s see which colors I get to combine…

Für die Farbkombination dieser Woche hat mich ein Bild inspiriert, das sehr zart, und doch irgendwie feurig ist. Das blasse gelb des Zitronenfalters kontrastiert wunderschön mit dem feurigen rot, orange und pink im Hintergrund und ebenso mit dem strahlenden weiß. Sind diese Farbtöne nicht einfach ein Fest? Man sollte etwas daraus machen! Und so sieht meine Farbauswahl daraus aus.
